About the Role
Working closely with the Directors, you will help lead projects, mentor junior staff, and support the next stage of business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading engineering projects from concept through to delivery.
* Mentoring junior engineers and drafting staff.
* Managing client relationships, budgets and delivery priorities.
* Reviewing technical drawings, documentation and engineering outputs.
* Contributing to a practical, collaborative and high-performing culture.
What We're Looking For
To qualify, you will need a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related discipline, alongside at least 5 years' experience within consulting, project delivery or industrial engineering environments. RPEQ registration (or eligibility) is highly regarded.
* Strong technical capability within mechanical or structural engineering.
* Experience mentoring junior engineers or technical staff.
* Experience across industrial, mining, fabrication or multidisciplinary environments.
* Commercial awareness and strong project delivery understanding.
* A practical, proactive approach with the ability to work autonomously.
