Administrative Support Specialist
This role provides high-level executive and administrative assistance to senior team members, supporting the success of the Alcohol and Drug Services team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver executive support coordinating activities with confidentiality.
* Provide timely and efficient financial and administrative support.
* Orient and support other administrative assistants in daily clerical duties.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
* Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with discretion.
* Strong written communication skills including transcription of meeting minutes from written and audio recordings.
