GfK Market Research is currently looking for face to face interviewers to work in Melbourne on the official Australian Radio Ratings Survey (running since 1944).
We are looking for reliable, self-motivators seeking regular casual work who are available to work at least 15-20 hours per week, including weekend work. The Radio Ratings run for 41 weeks of the year with a 6 week break around December/ January plus 3 additional breaks during the year.
This job suits applicants such as university students, self-employed, semi-retired, and parents working around school hours. Rosters will be provided 5 weeks in advance for your easy planning. There is NO selling involved.
The Rewards:
* Pay is on an hourly rate in line with the industry award and starts at $31.73 for trainees and rises to above award rate of $36.44 once the training period is completed. Experienced Interviewers (proof of 50 hours F2F Interviewing required) start on $36.44.

* working amongst a dedicated team and contributing to the success of a significant large-scale national Market Research study
What we need from you:
* Availability to work: Thursdays - Sundays: sometime between 9.30am - dark and you can work around university, school pick-ups, part-time jobs etc. Sundays are a MUST.
* Drive to a pre-designated map start location and door knock on residential homes until the required number of Radio Listening Diaries are placed in each map. These are 'cold calls' ie households are not pre-selected.
* Demonstrate how the 1-week Diary is to be completed by household members.
* Collect demographic details using a handheld tablet.
* Return to recruited households on Sundays to collect and clarify their completed diaries.
* Accurately record outcomes of every household visit on the tablet.
* Complete Interviewing workloads and admin tasks within deadlines
Applicants must have:
* Thursday – Sunday inclusive availability (Sundays a MUST)
* National Police Check (we complete and pay for this process)
* A reliable car and current driver's license
* A mobile phone and email address
* Basic understanding of computers, mobile phones or tablets
* Interviewing experience desired but not necessary
* A clean and presentable appearance with a professional, courteous and friendly attitude.
