* Base Salary Range: $71,217 - $106,330 p.a.
About the Role
As a Regional Child Health & Development (CHAD/CHDT) Occupational Therapist (AHP1 or AHP2), you will contribute to the delivery of comprehensive and integrated health services tailored to the needs of children, families, and the local community. Working as part of a multi‐professional team alongside health professionals and service providers from other sectors, you will utilise a mix of preventative, early intervention, treatment, therapy, and evaluation approaches.
At the AHP1 level you will work under the direct supervision of the Regional Clinical Senior Occupational Therapist, developing your clinical skills and experience. At the AHP2 level you will apply increasingly generalist and/or specialist knowledge under reduced clinical direction, contributing to service planning, implementation, and evaluation, and may support the clinical supervision of less experienced allied health professionals, assistants, and students.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
* Must hold a recognised qualification within the Occupational Therapy profession and be eligible for full membership of the relevant allied health Professional Association. For disciplines requiring registration, all requirements to maintain current registration must be fulfilled.
* Provide a broad range of clinical services using well‐established and straightforward methods, procedures and standards.
* Exercise professional judgement within prescribed areas, with Clinical Senior support to verify methods and outcomes.
* Deliver straightforward clinical services, including one‐on‐one, group and health promotion activities.
* Manage and prioritise personal workload effectively.
AHP2 Specifics
* Apply professional expertise to develop generalist or specialist knowledge, clinical competence and experience in increasingly complex practice.
* Exercise professional judgement in selecting and adapting established methods, procedures and techniques.
* Provide a broad range of clinical and consultative services across varied settings, including one‐on‐one, group and health promotion activities.
* Manage and prioritise personal workload and support others with workload planning and team resource allocation.
