About the role:
Reporting directly to the Executive Team, as Site Foreman/Manager, you will oversee all site activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery. This is a full-time, on-site position (Mon–Fri and half-day Saturdays).
Main duties include but not limited to below:
* Ensures the delivery of the project in line with the construction program.
* Produce construction program weekly to line manager.
* Check supplier and sub-contractor progress claims.
* Check Sub-contractor variations and cost changes.
* Manages construction team, sub-contractors and reports directly to line manager.
* Oversees OH&S compliance and all relevant safety standards to ensure safe work environment.
* Manage the OHS compliance across all sites and handle all Industrial Relations issues
* Develop and implement quality control procedures (Inspection Test Plan ITP system)
* Identify and resolve construction project issues on site.
* Inspection of Sub contractors works, materials etc to ensure compliance with Tender and Construction documents.
Requirements:
* 3 years' experience as a Site Manager on residential new build projects
* Knowledge of NCC, especially on Class 1 Buildings.
* Familiar with the construction methodology and procedure.
* Demonstrated understanding of safety, health and environment best practice.
