Academia International is seeking Patisserie trainers to deliver Certificate IV in Patisserie units in a casual capacity.
Fulltime employment is also available if preferred.
Mandatory Requirements / Experience in:
* Certificate IV in Patisserie
* Certificate IV in TAE40116
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Motivational and dynamic teaching ability
* More than 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef
* Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
* Australian work rights are required
Preferred (non mandatory) Requirements / Qualifications in:
* Diploma of Hospitality Management
* Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management
Job Characteristics:
* Formal practical and/or theory training
* Mark attendance and assessments as per marking criteria and provide feedback to students
* Assisting students with kitchen and project work
* Demonstrate awareness of latest trends in the Hospitality Industry
