About the role
We have a unique opportunity for an ambitious Financial Adviser with a knack for driving sales while taking care of our clients and their best interests, to join our team in our next phase of growth.
You will be supported by our home loans and property investment divisions to help you provide true holistic strategies and really make a difference to your clients and help them achieve their goals.
You will be required to:
* Attend client discovery meetings to understand the needs of the client, diagnose their unmet needs and connect them to our specialist team where required.
* Manage the client sales process from initial client discovery to SOA implementation.
* Provide advice and guidance to new clients.
* Work with our Paraplanning team to formulate strategies to meet client needs and goals.
* Explain complex financial concepts to clients in an easy-to-understand manner.
* Manage and maintain client relationships, including meeting regularly with clients to review their financial plans and make necessary adjustments.
* Comply with all regulatory requirements, including providing clients with appropriate disclosures and ensuring all advice provided is in their best interests.
You will be provided with full paraplanning support as well as administration support so you can focus on what you do best and spend more time with clients.

Skills and experience
* A go-getter and passionate for providing holistic advice and personalised solutions to clients.
* Previous experience as a Financial Adviser who has successfully completed the FASEA exam (and on the Adviser register)
* You hold an appropriate FASEA approved course.
* Have a successful track record of providing holistic financial planning services to clients including SMSF clients.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients in an easy-to-understand manner.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* You must be willing to work from our office in Sydney Olympic Park.
