Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Oral Health Therapist/Hygienist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting oral health, preventing dental disease, and providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct oral health assessments and develop personalized care plans for patients.
* Perform dental hygiene procedures, including scaling, cleaning, and polishing teeth.
* Provide preventive care, including fluoride treatments and the application of dental sealants.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of maintaining good oral health.
* Take and interpret dental radiographs (X-rays).
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols and standards.
* Stay updated with the latest advancements in oral health therapy and dental hygiene practices.
* Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Oral Health Therapy or Dental Hygiene from an accredited institution.
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in clinical work.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.

Pay: $64,572.16 – $143,040.53 per year
