Job Title: Deputy Site Manager
Job Overview
As a Deputy Site Manager, you will oversee the organization and direction of project construction activities and ensure total site management is compliant, safe, timely, within scope and budget, and clients are satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the organization and direction of construction and related activities of a single construction project, including actions of subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and their representatives.
2. Act as primary client contact for all project field activities.
3. Oversee total site management including supervision of construction craft personnel, field engineering, contract administration, cost and schedule, field procurement, finance and accounting services, and craft resource personnel as applicable.
4. Maintain client relationship and be the primary contact for client's communication with the field activities and effective relation with other functional departments.
5. Coordinate all project contractual activities.
Requirements
Requires bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience.
Required skills and qualifications include managing construction and related activities, coordinating contractual activities, and maintaining client relationships.
