About the role
Konnect Care is seeking a part time Recruitment Officer (3 days a week between Monday - Friday) to join at our head office in Bankstown. As our Recruitment Officer, you will play a crucial role in helping us build and maintain a talented workforce to support our organisation's growth and success.
You must have excellent administration and computer skills and the ability to work both autonomously as well as collaboratively with management and other departments.
Duties:
Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for current hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records according to policy and law
Continuously improve our recruitment practices by identifying areas of improvement and implementing best practices
What we are looking for
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
Knowledge of People & Culture
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Valid Driver’s License
A cleared Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Orientation Module and NDIS check (or the willingness to acquire prior to commencement of employment).
Desirable
Knowledge of and experience in the disability, allied health or welfare fields
Job Type: Part time
Pay: $59,245.91 - $123,491.36 per year
Expected hours: 35 - 37 per week
