Our Australian medical company are seeking a proactive and hard-working individual to join our team as a Process Worker.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Machine Operation**: General labour - loading and inspecting machinery during operation. Packing of finished goods from the machinery. Troubleshoot and communicate issues with Senior Manufacturing Manager which may arise during machine operation. Manual handling of up to 25kg may be required.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect and document production processes as per procedure to ensure manufactured goods meet quality control standards.
- **Documentation**: Keep detailed records of manufacturing, equipment and various documentations as per in-house procedure to ensure compliance to relevant regulations. Attention to detail is a must have.
- **Work Health Safety**: Always follow safety guidelines and ensure risks/incidents are reported.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with other departments such as Quality, and accounts to ensure seamless delivery of goods and resolve any issues that may arise.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance the overall efficiency for manufacturing.
- **Ad Hoc Tasks**: Assist with additional tasks and projects as needed to support the overall operations of the business.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing/operational role, preferably in a medical or healthcare-related industry is preferred, but not essential.
- **A positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong attention to detail.
- Punctual and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good time management skills.
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling up to 25kg.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
- Australian residency or valid work permit.
