Why this role matters
As an Internal Sales & Store person, you provide essential support to the Manager and customers in developing and delivering Earth Moving hydraulic seal kits. Your expertise ensures the business meets its growth targets by being the trusted internal representative and educator, while efficiently managing warehousing and customer service operations.

Your Day‐to‐Day Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service by managing inquiries via phone and email regarding products, pricing, orders, and stock availability.
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
* Assist with stock receiving, storage, and inventory management to maintain optimal warehouse operations.
* Support general branch operations, including administrative tasks and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
* Collaborate closely with sales teams and other departments to meet branch targets and customer expectations.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, or warehouse operations is highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with customers and colleagues.
* Positive, can‐do attitude with strong problem‐solving skills.
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Ability to handle physical demands of the role, including manual handling and stock movement.
* Forklift license is advantageous but not essential.
* Knowledge of Metric and Imperial measuring tools (e.g., Vernier Calipers, Micrometers).
* Product knowledge of bearings, power transmission, seals, or related industrial products is advantageous.
