Job Overview:
As a Customer Banking Specialist, you will be the public face of our Retail Banking Services team. We deliver a seamless banking experience to millions of personal and small business customers across Australia.
About the Role:
* Develop in-depth relationships with every customer, understanding their overall banking needs, including Home Loans, Business Banking Financial Advice
* Support customers with enquiries, account maintenance, and credit product applications
* Complete financial health checks to assess customers' needs and identify potential changes
* Educate and demonstrate in-branch technology and digital banking options to customers
* Provide effective solutions and champion our risk-adverse culture
Requirements:
* Experience in delivering exceptional customer service, ideally in financial services, retail or hospitality
* Excellent communication skills, able to articulate financial terms clearly
* Ability to ask questions, find solutions, act with integrity and put customers at the centre of everything you do
* Ability to work in a busy and commercially driven environment
