About This Role

The Key Responsibilities

* Manage inbound and outbound calls, as well as online appointments
* Lead conversations to secure bookings and exceed customer expectations through proactive problem-solving and negotiation skills

We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a proven track record in sales, and a positive attitude that drives results.


Key Requirements

* Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Familiarity with the Automotive Industry is desirable but not essential
