**Requirements:**
">">">- Degree Qualification: A degree qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering is mandatory.">">">- Experience: At least 10 years' experience in project engineering and management within a complex food manufacturing environment.">">">- Leadership Skills: Proven success leading end-to-end delivery of multidisciplinary capital projects.">">">- Stakeholder Management: Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.">">">- Project Management Knowledge: A deep understanding of project management methodologies and reporting frameworks.">">">- Safety Compliance: Familiarity with NSW safety compliance and permit-to-work systems.">
