What you'll be doing:
* Design electronic components for new products, including schematic and PCB layout creation.
* Develop and maintain detailed test plans to ensure products meet all key customer requirements prior to release, with clear procedures, protocols, and pass/fail criteria.
* Conduct testing on prototype units following the established test plans, accurately documenting results in comprehensive reports.
* Drive continuous improvements in product quality through investigation and resolution of manufacturing-related issues.
What we're looking for:
* Degree in Electronics Engineering (or similar)
* 3+ years of experience in electronic design and testing
* Firmware development using C and scripting using Python/Bash for testing purposes
* Familiarity with electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, etc.)
* Experience with RF testing and/or Regulatory/EMC Compliance is desirable
* Experience using Systems Engineering methodology (Requirements, Verification & Validation)
* High attention to detail
* Work with a purpose-driven team solving real-world problems
