Package: $90k-$130k + Super + Company Car + Commissions

Role Highlights

Own and grow the NSW hydraulic reseller network. This is a technically led business development role for someone ready to move beyond pure sales engineering or applications support and take commercial responsibility for a territory.

You will drive revenue growth through reseller capability, technical authority, and long-term network development. This is not an order-taking role.

Role Overview

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of the NSW reseller channel for hydraulic components and systems. The role is field-based and heavily technical, combining commercial development with hands-on hydraulic expertise.

You will be accountable for reseller performance, network expansion, and identifying growth opportunities across the NSW market. You are trusted to run the territory as a business.

Key Responsibilities

* Own and grow an established hydraulic reseller network across NSW
* Identify, onboard, and develop new reseller partners where market opportunity exists
* Act as the technical authority across hydraulic components including pumps, valves, cylinders, power units, hoses, and fittings
* Support resellers with product selection, system recommendations, and complex troubleshooting
* Work alongside reseller sales teams to convert technical opportunities into commercial outcomes
* Execute regional sales strategies aligned with national objectives
* Provide structured market feedback on competitor activity, pricing pressure, and emerging customer needs

Candidate Profile

* Background in hydraulics or fluid power distribution is essential
* Strong technical understanding of hydraulic components and systems
* Experience in sales engineering, technical sales, applications engineering, or hydraulic distribution
* Comfortable transitioning from technical specialist to commercial owner
* Confident communicator who can influence resellers commercially, not just technically
* Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role
