We are seeking an experienced Mobile Crushing Supervisor to oversee and coordinate mobile crushing operations within our Project Development team.
This is a hands‐on leadership role suited to a Mechanical Fitter with strong supervisory experience, responsible for driving plant performance, leading a team, and ensuring safe, efficient, and cost‐effective crushing operations.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Supervise day‐to‐day crushing and screening operations
* Lead and coordinate a team of operators and trades
* Drive production performance to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
* Troubleshoot plant issues and coordinate maintenance activities
* Ensure high equipment availability and minimise downtime
* Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and ensure safety compliance
* Liaise with engineering, procurement, and project teams
* Oversee reporting of production, maintenance, and safety metrics
* Mentor and train team members to build capability and performance
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
* Minimum 5 years' experience in crushing plant operations
* Proven supervisory or leadership experience in mining
* Strong knowledge of crushers, screens, conveyors, and hydraulics
* Demonstrated fault‐finding and troubleshooting ability
* High Risk Work Licences and mobile plant tickets (advantageous)
* Strong communication, leadership, and problem‐solving skills
* Commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence
