The Role
As a vital member of our Manufacturing team, you won't just be welding—you'll be leading. You will:
* Lead & Mentor: Guide your team to bring complex engineering designs to life.
* Ensure Quality: Oversee the service and repair of high-quality trailers and parts, ensuring precision and timely delivery.
* Expert Fabrication: Perform and supervise general welding (MIG), cutting, grinding, and drilling.
* Operate Specialised Gear: Confidently utilise hand/power tools and cranes.

* Industry Knowledge: Experience in automotive welding is highly preferred.
