? About the Role
We're on the hunt for an
Administrative Assistant
who can juggle reception, support our brokers and bring good vibes to the office.
This role is the heartbeat of our business — you'll be the first smile clients see, the go-to support for staff, and the person who somehow always knows where that one file has disappeared to.
What You'll Be Doing
Greet clients like the warm legend you are
Answer phones, emails, and everyday queries
Keep our office humming along with organisation, filing, and impeccable attention to detail
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and help with general admin tasks
Finance Support including accounts payable and receivable
Managing our CRM like a pro
Support team projects and company initiatives
Assist with newsletters, birthdays, client gifts & reviews
Assist the marketing team with our online presence
Contribute to content ideas — creativity encouraged
Help us keep our online presence beautiful, compliant, and engaging
Who We're Looking For
Someone who is:
Friendly, professional, thrives helping others and shows initiative
A natural organiser who loves timelines and tidy spaces
Confident, calm under pressure, and adaptable
A team player with excellent communication skills
Comfortable with admin systems (MYOB, O365, Social Media experience = bonus points)
Experienced with social media creation or willing to learn
