Job Title: Support Office Manager
The Support Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to parents, visitors, and staff.
* Manage the front desk area, including handling incoming calls, responding to visitor requests, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
* Assist with general administration tasks, student uniform sales, and student services, ensuring timely completion of duties.
* Offer first aid support to students and record student data accurately and efficiently.
* Contribute to a safe and healthy workplace by adhering to WHS instructions and policies.
Requirements:
* Experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
* Strong organisational, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
* A good understanding of an Administration Office in a school environment.
* Skill in using Microsoft Office software, including Outlook.
