We are seeking an experienced skilled and reliable Locksmith to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of locksmiths and installing, repairing, and maintaining locking systems to ensure the safety and security of our people, assets and information.
As lead locksmith, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of your locksmith team members.
You will be responsible for assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion of projects.
This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service working in an overseas global network.
You will demonstrate prioritisation and initiative, management skills, sound judgement and analytical skills. You will possess strong communication skills, including well developed writing, influencing, and negotiating skills.
You will have demonstrated competency in establishing, building, and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders and developing a shared sense of security with colleagues.
