About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Remedial Massage Therapist / Acupuncturist to join our team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality Remedial Massage Therapy and/or Acupuncture treatments to our clients, helping them find relief from pain and improve their overall wellbeing.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
* Assessing clients' needs and developing customised treatment plans
* Performing remedial massage techniques to address specific muscle and joint issues
* Educating clients on self-care and providing recommendations for ongoing treatment
* Maintaining detailed client records and following all clinic protocols
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed
* Ensuring a clean and safe working environment

About You
* Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy or
* Bachelor of Traditional Chinese Medicine or equivalent acupuncture qualification
* Registration with the relevant Massage or Acupuncture association
* Registration with AHPRA (Acupuncture only)
* Previous experience as a Massage Therapist/Acupuncturist preferred, newly graduated students are welcome to apply
* Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and pathology
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Commitment to continuing professional development
* Current Professional Indemnity Insurance coverage
* Health Fund Provider Numbers (or ability to obtain them)
* Must have or be willing to obtain an ABN
