As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality documentation and procedures are maintained on site. This includes developing and implementing site-specific procedures that align with Siemens Energy's Quality Assurance (QA) standards and procedures.
About the Role
You will work closely with project managers, site superintendents, and supervisors to provide technical project support on site. This includes ensuring quality documentation is completed fully and correctly by Siemens Energy Supervisors during execution.
1. Develop and maintain site quality documentation and specific procedures that promote continuous improvements while applying Siemens Energy QA standards and procedures.
2. Ensure Siemens Energy procedures for Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and Inspection and Finding reports (IFR) are followed.
3. Provide technical project support on site for Project Manager, Site Superintendent, and Site Supervisors.
What We Look For In You
* Degree Qualifications in Engineering or Trade Certificate Qualifications with significant experience.
* Outstanding Customer service and relationship skills.
* Ability to work without supervision.
* Attention to detail and excellence in the area of processes and document control.
