ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a senior registered nurse preferably with experience in either disability, community, or rehabilitation to provide clinical leadership within Unisson. The responsibilities of the position include:
1. Health care planning : Develop and monitor personalised care plans, including complex needs. Ensure external HI plans comply with NDIS standards.
2. Training and support : Develop and conduct education with staff in NDIS-aligned care. Assess supervisors' competency in medication management.
3. Care coordination and monitoring : Conduct assessments and monitor care plans. Track medical incidents and medication errors.
4. Clinical practice leadership : Lead clinical practices and guide support workers and service managers. Promote health and support preventive care initiatives.
5. Collaboration with teams : Work closely with teams to ensure high-quality care and compliance with NDIS standards.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
1. Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
2. Registration: Current Authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
3. Minimum of 5 years full-time post-qualification experience
