Program Support Specialist
This role encompasses client referrals, service review, data maintenance, and leadership across the team.
Closely collaborate with users, carers, and stakeholders to foster inclusivity, strengthen community ties, and achieve positive outcomes.
* Spearhead program delivery that builds social networks and community inclusion for users.
* Maintain situational awareness of user needs and adapt services accordingly.
* Offer proactive support to carers via phone or face-to-face interactions.
* Review direct support documentation and provide guidance to team members.
* Model positive behaviors, promote teamwork, and offer on-the-job support.
* Represent organizational interests in internal and external stakeholder meetings.
* Contribute to team discussions, supervision, and continuous improvement efforts.
* Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, legislation, and regulatory requirements.
