Responsibilities
* Source and compile enrolment data required to claim and acquit preschool funding from all States and Territories.
* Coordinate the submission of compiled preschool funding data to State and Territory funding bodies.
* Support the State Funding & Grants Administrators/Coordinators in resolving queries from centre teams.
* Provide input to ensure enrolment and other data meets State and Territory funding requirements.
* Stay updated on current and future requirements for state funding.
* Advise and collaborate with other teams to enhance systems and processes for efficient funding administration.

Qualifications & Experience
* 1+ years' experience as a data analyst.
* Formal qualifications or certification in related discipline management.
* Familiarity and competency with core systems (XAP or other CCMS, WEBI, PowerBI, etc).
* Able to work and network successfully in complex matrix organisations.
* Highly adaptive and flexible with an ability to work independently and collaboratively under quickly changing circumstances.
* Strong coordination and organisational skills focused on outcomes.
* A curious and strong growth mindset.
* Strong analytical and organisational skills to support and guide design, decision making, and data analysis (processes, tools, and techniques).
* Strong skills in negotiating, reaching positive outcomes, and engaging with stakeholders to build strong, trusting relationships.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
