Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Assistant based in Swansea, NSW. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to attorneys and legal professionals, assisting in the preparation and review of legal documents, maintaining client records, and ensuring efficient case management. Key duties also include effective communication with clients, drafting correspondence, organizing files, and scheduling meetings.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of Law and familiarity with legal terminology and procedures
* Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and document management systems
* Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
* Experience in Administrative Assistance and general office tasks
* Previous experience in a Legal Assistant or similar role
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
* Ability to work well in a team and independently
