About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Full-Time Manager to join our team for an immediate start.
Reporting directly to the Managing Directors, you will take ownership of daily operations, lead a small team, and ensure a consistently high standard across all areas of the business.
This is a hands‐on leadership role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day venue operations
* Lead, train, and motivate a small team
* Manage parties, events, and weekend trade
* Drive sales and business performance
* Maintain premium standards across the venue
* Rostering, stock control, and general operations
About You
* Minimum 3 years' management experience in hospitality or retail
* Strong sales and customer service focus
* Proven ability to lead and manage a team
* Highly organised with strong multi‐tasking skills
* Events or party management experience (highly regarded)
* Energetic, reliable, and results‐driven
