Music Leader Responsibilities
* Remain abreast of latest research and future directions relating to best educational practice in Music.
* Lead the development of high‐quality curriculum and programs that meet the needs of students in Music, in accordance with SACE, Australian and South Australian Curriculum and MHS Teaching & Learning Framework.
* Lead and develop teacher pedagogical expertise in building effective learners, and embedding learner agency in high‐quality learning and assessment design.
* Lead the use of data to inform improvement and innovation in teacher practice with a focus on natural evidence of learning and the development, achievement, growth and engagement of all learners.
* Lead the implementation of relevant whole school goals and strategies included in the MHS strategic plan.
* Work with the Head of Music to manage the Learning Area, including equipment and resourcing.
* Part‐time and flexible arrangements will be considered.
