As the chief host, brand ambassador and experience-creator at our luxury hotel, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This includes managing all facets of the hotel, building a highly engaged culture, promoting revenue-generating initiatives and fostering strong networks and relationships.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a General Manager role in a designer/lifestyle hotel, with a strong understanding of rooms division and revenue management. They will also possess confidence in their ability to build strong relationships, effectively resolve difficult situations and implement solutions that improve service levels and financial results.
