Key Responsibilities
* Supervise day‐to‐day civil construction activities on site
* Lead a small crew in a practical, hands‐on environment
* Ensure compliance with company procedures, systems and ISO requirements
* Coordinate labour, plant, subcontractors and materials
* Maintain accurate site records, reporting and documentation
* Support audits, inspections and compliance requirements
* Use and adapt to systems such as Form Sumo and 6cloud
* Problem‐solve on site and adapt to changing conditions
* Maintain strong health, safety, environmental and quality standards
* Contribute to improving systems and processes as the business grows
About you – Skills and Experience
You will bring proven experience in civil construction or site-based roles where flexibility, initiative and a hands‐on approach are essential. You have a strong understanding of site procedures, systems and process‐driven environments, with the ability to work effectively within structured compliance frameworks.
You must have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in civil construction or site-based roles.
You must have a minimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
You hold both S26 Certification and DEMIRS and are confident working within regulated site environments. You are comfortable using digital systems such as Form Sumo and 6cloud or can quickly adapt to new platforms with ease. You have strong attention to detail and solid Microsoft Office skills.
You have the capability to not only follow systems but actively contribute to improving them within a growing business. Your communication skills are clear and practical, and you are confident engaging with site teams to support safe and efficient operations. Experience in auditing and compliance will be highly regarded, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment will be considered an advantage but is not essential.
You must hold full Australian working rights and be a Western Australian resident, based in either Perth or Kalgoorlie. A current clean manual driver's licence with HR is required, along with a clean National Police Clearance.
You must also be able to successfully pass a full pre‐employment medical, including site‐specific fitness and ongoing drug and alcohol screening requirements.
