We launched our Australian business in 2008 with one club, five studios and a dedicated team of just 50 people. Today, we have nearly 1,000 people and are building a collection of iconic locations in Sydney and Melbourne.
Club Launch
Our groundbreaking flagship Social Wellness Club is set to open in May 2025. It will feature an 'all day concept' with a full state‐of‐the‐art gym, group exercise classes, reformer Pilates, cold plunge, sauna and spa. It will also include recovery zones, a sound bath, a business lounge, co‐working spaces, a health food café, personal trainers, instructors, nutritionists and other health professionals.
The Gig
Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll be the go‐to person for creating top‐notch coffees and beverages.
* You'll engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere where they feel valued and cared for.
* You'll bring advanced expertise of specialty coffee, effortlessly managing high volumes with precision. Your latte art is always on point, delivering consistency with every pour and following company recipes and presentation standards.
* You'll maintain a clean, organized, and well‐stocked workspace, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
* You'll ensure store operations run smoothly, especially during busy periods.
* You're skilled with Point‐of‐Sale systems, smoothly processing orders and handling cash with ease.
* You'll help manage inventory, monitor product quality, and adhere to safety protocols.
* You'll ensure all stock levels are always met to meet the needs of service.
* You'll uphold ÜHealth Café's high cleanliness, organization, and quality standards.
* You'll foster a positive and collaborative team environment by supporting and recognising your peers.
All about you
* You have at least 1 year of aligned experience. A+ for you.
* You're comfortable working with a 7‐day rotating roster and can work a non‐traditional schedule.
* You love to create refreshing experiences for people as much as you love to guarantee a super safe and presentable environment for all.
* You are people focused, warm, honest and genuine.
* You are self‐assured, listen intently, speak eloquently, and can explain just about anything to anyone and are comfortable communicating at all levels.
* You don't get flustered easily. You're comfortable managing your time and can be counted on to deliver.
* You have a can‐do approach. You think on your feet, are cool with ambiguity, and roll with the punches when things change.
