Join to apply for the Dynamics Functional Consultant role at Silverchain Group1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicantsJoin to apply for the Dynamics Functional Consultant role at Silverchain GroupDirect message the job poster from Silverchain GroupSilverchain are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join the Digital Services team on a permanent full-time basis.The Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant willoversee the day-to-day administration, support, and configuration of the platform.They will be responsible for implementing enhancements to existing system processes and managing the rollout of new functionalities as well as supporting ongoing business issues for the implementation of D365 modules within Silverchain.Key responsibilitiesThe major accountabilities of this position are:Responsible for day-to-day functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 in production and non-production environments.Provides in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform and evaluates the business requirements and processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.Translates functional business objectives into detailed functional documents.Responsible for configuring and customising the Microsoft Dynamics 365 application to achieve business requirements.Work with all stakeholders to identify, prioritise, and quantify issues, opportunities and risk with business processes and data.Develop testing and training materials to ensure features and functions have been enabled and optimised for our business processes.Document and communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications so that issues and solutions are understood.Provide guidance and/or instruction to the Project Team to ensure data migration, testing and training stages are delivered successfully.Evaluate new Dynamics releases and applications, participate in plans for their implementation and remain current with Microsoft administration best practices.Drive full life-cycle implementations of MS Dynamics 365.Facilitate knowledge transfer, upskilling and provide support and mentoring of other team members.About youTo be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following skills:Tertiary or vocational qualifications within the relevant discipline.Microsoft certified in Dynamics 365.Strong Business Analyst skills and experience.Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics design, custom configuration, integration.Knowledge of Dynamics applications such as Power Platform, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Field Service.Experience with implementations, D365 upgrades, testing, migrations, installation, IT/Admin training, pre and post go-live support activities.Experience with planning and performing regression testing.Development experience with Dynamics configuration including the use of third-party tools.Experience managing D365 licensing.Experience with DevOps and CD/CI pipelines.Experience with Microsoft Azure Platform.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, imparting knowledge and sharing experience with others.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong customer service and team-work ethos, proactive willingness to collaborate.Strong understanding of contemporary IT Service Management (ITSM) practices (e.g., ITIL).Competitive salary + Super + the ability to salary package up to $18,550.Comprehensive health and wellbeing resources and support.Exclusive fitness and health insurance discounts.Option to purchase an extra 2 weeks leave per calendar year.Paid parental leave of 12 weeks.17% Leave Loading.Subsidised gym membership with participating gym partners.How to applyIf you feel as though your skills and experience are a good fit to the above criteria, we would love to see your application, please click "Apply" and start your Silverchain journey.At Silverchain Group, we recognise the positive contribution that a diverse workforce makes to our organisation where individuals can be authentic, are respected and celebrated.
