Legal Counsel & Senior Legal Counsel - Global Infrastructure & Mining
Our client is a globally leading infrastructure and mining company, headquartered in Melbourne, seeking experienced legal professionals to join the AusPac legal team.
Key Responsibilities
* Draft and negotiate contracts
* Monitor key laws and regulations
* Ensure compliance with company policies
* Support the Global Counsel and wider global legal team
Qualifications
* Legal Counsel: 3–6 years post‐qualification experience
* Senior Legal Counsel: 6–10+ years post‐qualification experience
* Strong commercial and contracting experience from a top‐tier 10‐law firm or a senior in‐house ASX advisory role
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Contract Details
Contracted for either 3‐month or 6‐month terms, based in Melbourne (AusPac legal team).
