We're seeking a skilled Financial Management Specialist to contribute to the smooth operation of our financial department. This role involves managing accounts receivable and payable, processing direct debit payments and staff reimbursements.

You'll oversee asset registers, balance sheet reconciliations, complete financial analysis including forecasting and contribute to management reporting. We're looking for someone who thrives on precision, embraces flexibility and is eager to contribute to priority projects and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payment and accurate records.
2. Process direct debit payments and staff reimbursements, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
3. Oversee asset registers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
4. Complete balance sheet reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues.
5. Conduct financial analysis, including forecasting and budgeting.
6. Contribute to management reporting, providing insights and recommendations.
Requirements
* Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CA qualification highly regarded).
* Attention to detail and high-quality data entry skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to create financial reports.
* High level communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
