Leasing Consultant Role
We are seeking an exceptional Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for acting as the key contact for all rental enquiries, organizing and hosting property viewings, reviewing tenancy applications, assessing prospective tenants, and contributing to day-to-day leasing duties.
Responsibilities:
* Rental Enquiries: Act as the primary point of contact for all rental enquiries, providing excellent customer service and ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.
* Property Viewings: Organize and host property viewings, showcasing properties to potential tenants and highlighting their features and benefits.
* Tenancy Applications: Review tenancy applications, verify employment details, and assess the suitability of applicants for available properties.
* Tenant Assessment: Assess prospective tenants, evaluating their creditworthiness, rental history, and overall suitability for leasing a property.
* Day-to-Day Operations: Contribute to day-to-day leasing duties, including managing correspondence, maintaining records, and performing other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
* Candidate Profile: We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Skills and Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in the leasing or property management industry; Strong knowledge of leasing laws and regulations; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word; Valid driver's license (for company car usage).
