Operations Support Officer – Scheduling & Compliance
Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 + super

Supporting staff scheduling and deployment, vehicle fleet compliance, and ongoing staff compliance across our security and cleaning operations in a fast-paced operational environment.
We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Officer to join our office team and work directly under the Operations Manager and General Manager, supporting the scheduling, deployment, and day-to-day operational coordination across multiple areas of the business.
This is not an entry-level or data entry role. This is an all-rounder operational position suited to someone looking for a long-term role, who takes initiative, and wants to grow with the business.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of operations support or administrative experience.
Hours & Availability (Important)
* Primary hours: 11:00am – 7:00pm, Monday to Friday (dealbreaker)
* Flexibility required: Ability to work varied hours on occasion (e.g. 7:00am – 3:30pm) to cover leave or operational needs
* Weekend work: In development – approx. 2 weekend shifts per month
* Out-of-hours support: Occasional assistance with urgent shift coverage or operational issues
* Not suitable for students due to availability and operational requirements
Role Overview
The Operations Support Officer plays a key role in keeping the business running smoothly across both field operations and office-based coordination.
This role suits someone who keeps moving, uses initiative, and looks for the next task, rather than waiting to be directed. While the role includes higher-level coordination, it also involves essential and sometimes repetitive administrative work that underpins compliance, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with staff scheduling and deployment, including sharing work instructions with team members
* Managing inbound operational call flow, including job requests to on-the-road teams
* Supporting week-to-week operational consolidation, reporting, and administration
* Monitoring and maintaining staff compliance, including licences, training, inductions, and employee files
* Day-to-day compliance administration and file management
* Vehicle and fleet coordination, including:
* Organising servicing, repairs, and maintenance
* Managing vehicle schedules and follow-ups
* Coordinating detailing and presentation standards
* Assisting with ordering, tracking, and delivery of cleaning stock and operational supplies as required
* Liaising with field staff, supervisors, and management
* Assisting with projects and ad-hoc operational tasks as they arise
