About the role
We are currently seeking reliable and compassionate disability support workers to provide care and assistance to a 16 year old female with a traumatic brain injury, this care will help her live independently at home with her family.

Duties include but not limited too
* Personal care
* Medication administration
* Assistance with Allied health tasks
* Manual handling
* Domestic assistance
* Documentation and reporting
* Community access
* Driving her to and from school in your own car- short distance
You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.
Shift times
* Monday 6.30am-8.30am, Wednesday 6.45am -8.45am
* Thursday and Friday 7am-9am
* Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 9am-4pm
* Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 3.15pm-7.15pm
* Thursday 1pm-7pm, Friday 3.30pm-7.30pm
Requirements:
* Applicants must have good English speaking skills, be clear and easily understood
* care experience
* Current references
* Mobile phone
* Current driver's licence and your own car (mandatory)
* NDIS workers screening check or willing to obtain (mandatory)
* First Aid certificate or willing to obtain (mandatory)
* Paid WWCC (Working with Children's check) or willing to obtain
* Passionate about caring and committed to client wellbeing
