You'll be the heartbeat of our customer relationships, the trusted voice our wholesale partners rely on for accurate orders, timely answers and genuine care. Based at our Unanderra head office near Wollongong, you'll work alongside a close-knit team that celebrates wins and supports each other through challenges.
This role suits someone who loves getting things right the first time and is excited, not intimidated, by new tools and technology, including AI.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Accurately process a high volume of customer orders received via email from our nationwide wholesale network.
* Serve as the first point of contact for ADP customers, handling queries with warmth and efficiency over phone and email.
* Spot patterns, flag potential issues, and proactively suggest improvements to how we work. Your ideas will be heard.
* Adopt and champion new tools and systems, including AI-assisted workflows, to help the team perform at its best.
* Collaborate across the team to ensure every customer experience reflects the ADP standard.

WHAT YOU BRING
* Proven experience in a customer-facing or high-volume data entry role
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate multiple systems
* Excellent attention to detail with a track record of completing tasks to a high standard
* Interpersonal skills that make customers feel genuinely looked after
* Desirable: familiarity with bathroom, building, or trade products (not essential, we'll teach you)
