The Role:
- Ensure daily food safety forms are completed
- Handle customer questions and concerns with a friendly, professional touch
- Drive exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
- Supervise the front-of-house team
- Place orders promptly to keep everything running smoothly
- Collaborate with the Retail Manager to create a well-balanced staff roster
The Person:
- Must have an approved manager’s card
- Has a valid driver’s licence
- Experience in a team leader or supervisor role
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a safe workplace
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Must be available to work Monday-Friday
