Job Opportunity: Strategic HR Advisor
We are seeking a strategic Human Resources advisor to join our close-knit team in Australia & New Zealand.
About the Role
As a key strategic advisor, you will be partnering closely with senior leaders to shape and deliver the people agenda in line with our global values and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Partnering & Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor on all people matters, translating business objectives into HR strategies to drive organizational change.
* Talent & Development: Lead workforce planning, succession planning and talent pipeline development, driving initiatives to attract, develop and retain top talent.
* Culture & Engagement: Champion our values to promote a high-engagement workplace, designing and delivering engagement initiatives and promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in all people practices.
* HR Operations: Oversee HR operations for ANZ, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies, managing compensation and benefits frameworks, and ensuring accurate HR reporting and data integrity.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (post-graduate qualification desirable).
* 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior HRBP or HR leadership role.
* Proven experience partnering with senior leadership teams in a multi-site retail, consumer goods, or luxury brand environment.
