Casual Educator
Location: Toowoomba – Giable, Jarowair and Western Wakka Wakka Lands
Centre: Goodstart Middle Ridge, with the flexibility to work across other Toowoomba centres as required
Employment Type: Casual shifts Monday to Friday between 6am and 6:30pm
Pay: Up to $46.10 per hour (based on experience and qualification) + Superannuation + Benefits
Responsibilities
* Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team
* Engage and supervise children at all times
* Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
* Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
* Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
* Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
