About the Position

Reporting to the General Manager - Strategy & Communications, you'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to create and execute impactful marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage digital marketing channels, including the website, intranet, and social media platforms using tools like WordPress, SharePoint, and Sprout Social.
* Plan and execute digital campaigns to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and brand awareness.
* Oversee website performance, including traffic monitoring, engagement analysis, and optimisation.
* Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
* Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
* Manage branding and ensure consistency across all communications, adhering to style guidelines.
* Provide marketing support for events, including webinars, workshops, and other industry initiatives.
* Analyse digital marketing metrics and report on engagement to inform strategies.
* Support the promotion of commercial services, including training programs and consultancy offerings.

* Familiarity with digital analytics and reporting, with a focus on improving campaign performance.

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
