Job Role:
The Religious Education Coordinator provides spiritual and educational leadership across the curriculum, implementing Catholic perspectives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and delivering effective religious education programs
* Supporting staff capacity through professional development opportunities
* Collaborating with the parish community to foster a Christ-centred faith environment
* Embedding Catholic values in school policies and procedures
* Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
Essential Qualifications:
* Qualifications in Teaching or Education
* Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration
* Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) accreditation
Preferred Attributes:
* Practising Catholic with strong connections to a parish or worshipping community
* Proven teaching experience with a minimum of five years' service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
