* We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Support Engineer to join our Customer Loyalty Program team The CLP helps build on our strong customer base by recognising and rewarding them, while engaging them in safety-driven tasks.
You will be a key member of the CLP Operations team, providing day-to-day operational support, identifying opportunities to analyse and automate the stable operation of the Customer Loyalty Platform You will also support group wide capabilities including Customer Identity and Access Management (Okta), Payments, and Consent & Data Privacy

About You
">
* Proven experience in DevOps, SRE or a related field
* Experience working on customer-facing platforms providing operational support
* Understanding of IT Service Operations processes (Incident, Problem and Change) and tools, ServiceNow and ServiceNow reporting.
* Hands-on experience with monitoring tools and relevant search queries for detailed analysis:
o Splunk (3+ years creating complex alerts and dashboards, troubleshooting logs, and REGEX Splunk SQLs & ad-hoc Splunk data extract)
o New Relic (2+ years configuring synthetics monitoring, alert policies, alert conditions, and dashboards, SLO and troubleshooting)
o Powershell
o Postman / Insomnia
o Github / Bamboo
o SQL skills (PostgreSQL)
o Change Management Process
* Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (bamboo, docker, rancher)
* Understanding of authentication and authorisation technologies e.g. Okta, auth0
* API gateway knowledge (Apigee)
* Experience with cloud technologies (AWS) and containerised architecture and applications (Kubernetes)
* Implemented continuous improvement and recommendations for best practice
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
