The ideal candidate will have prior experience in loss prevention or a related field, with a relevant state security license (desired). However, if you don't have a license or previous experience, we will provide the necessary training and certification to get you started. A strong background in customer service, especially in retail or hospitality, is also essential. Basic to intermediate computer skills and the ability to work autonomously are also required.
* Responsibilities:
* Maintain store security to minimize shrinkage
* Respond to incidents and ensure compliance
* Offer exceptional customer service
* Ensure operational physical security systems
* Build relationships with stakeholders
* Promote policy compliance
