The Data and Ad Product Commercial Specialist is responsible for the ongoing success of the digital ad product portfolio. The role is responsible for developing commercial ad product strategies that maximise News Corp’s core strengths in market. The role also drives revenue through in-market representation and sales support.

The Data and Ad Product Commercial Specialist is responsible for the ongoing success of the digital ad product portfolio. The role is responsible for developing commercial ad product strategies that maximise News Corp’s core strengths in market. The role also drives revenue through in-market representation and sales support.
Key Responsibilities
* Create a strategic sales roadmap, designed to maximize existing opportunities in market and unlock new ones.
* Product Marketing roadmap, delivery and execution.
* Product iterations, improvements and portfolio management.
* Development of Ad Product roadmap (in collaboration with Ad Product team).
* Collaborate on ideation, scoping, market validation and review of the Ad Product development process, in conjunction with the Digital Revenue team.
* Primary Ad Product stakeholder for the Client (Sales) team.
* Ad product adoption, lifecycle management and profitability measurement.
* Lead Ad Product brief responses, developing actionable insights, sales proposals and packages for existing and new business opportunities, in order to deliver solutions and results for customers.
* Evangelise digital ad product portfolio internally by building and maintaining outstanding relationships with Sales.
* Assist with creation of best-in-class sales collateral relating to new product launches and iterations.
* Provide a clear view of the drivers behind business performance through revenue reporting, aligning activity to deliver on growth objectives.
* Act as the market expert on digital ad products, keeping up-to-date on trends that present opportunities to News.
* Monitor competitive offerings to ensure we retain a product & service advantage.
* Manage market analysis, including industry trends and competitive perspective.
* Development and delivery of product value proposition, product positioning and messaging.
Who are you?
* 2+ years experience in digital advertising sales, sales support or marketing.
* Strategic thinking with the ability to translate concerns and issues into implications and actions.
* Customer advocacy, championing customer needs and insights throughout the business.
* Ability to make recommendations on product investments based on customer feedback and market analysis.
* Collaborative and able to drive multiple stakeholders to a solution within required timeframes.
* Expert understanding of the digital advertising landscape, our competitive set, and our client base.
