The role has been newly created to lead a high-profile enterprise strategic change initiative.
This role focuses on organisational transformation and will be integral in the creation and operation of a new standalone Business Unit.
You will be responsible for designing and managing the end-to-end change strategy and delivery for a large scale integration program, focused on embedding new systems, aligning ways of working and supporting cultural integration.
Reporting directly to the Senior Enterprise Change Manager, you will collaborate closely with executives in the leadership team and key business stakeholders to drive change and build sustainable change capabilities within the business.
Key Responsibilities will include the following:
* Lead and manage large-scale strategic change initiatives and organisational restructuring.
* Partner with senior leaders, including executive sponsors and directors, to develop and execute change strategies aligned with long-term business goals.
* Build and mature the enterprise change management capability, introducing change management models and best practices tailored to the organisation's needs.
* Work collaboratively with integration leads and the Integration Management Office/EPMO, Communication Managers, and project teams to embed change within project governance frameworks.
* Support and guide teams through the change journey with empathy, wisdom, and patience, in a purpose-driven environment.
* Manage and mentor a Business Change Analyst who will report directly to you.
Required Qualifications and Skills for the role:
* Proven expertise in strategic change management with a strong emphasis on organisational change within medium to large organisations.
* Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) or integration management is highly desirable.
* Ability to develop and adapt change management models to suit organisational needs.
* Knowledge of enterprise project governance and how to embed change management practices effectively.
* Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and take people on a change journey within complex environments.
* Alignment with purpose-driven or not-for-profit organisational missions.
* Strong interpersonal skills to manage the human side of change.

Additional Information:
This is an 18-month fixed term, full-time role with an expected start date as soon as possible.
The salary on offer $170k base plus super, plus salary sacrifice
