Responsibilities We are seeking a passionate customer service individual for the role of Clinic Co-Ordinator on a part-time basis (Wednesday - Friday, 8.30am-4.30pm). If you are interested in helping clients improve their hearing and quality of life, keep reading! This role is ideal for you. This pivotal role in each clinic contributes to clinic performance and enhances customer experience. We are looking for a compassionate, process-oriented, and purpose-driven individual with excellent organisational and customer service skills to help more people access better hearing.
You will collaborate with Clinicians and Hearing Technicians (where applicable) to deliver quality hearing healthcare outcomes for our clients.
You will learn about our products, services, competitive advantages, and government funding programs. Using this knowledge, skills, and tools, you will apply tailored client-specific sales strategies to ensure they receive the best possible solutions.
